The Swedish Institute (SI) offers exclusive traineeship opportunities at Swedish companies abroad for current and former international master’s students. If you have studied in Sweden and want to apply your knowledge to real-world challenges in your home country, this is your chance.

You must be an international master’s student graduating in Sweden by summer 2026, or an alumnus who graduated in 2023 or later. You must hold citizenship in one of the eligible countries. Your academic and professional profile should match the requirements for the traineeship position. You must be able to undertake a full-time traineeship for up to 6 months, starting between August 2026 and January 2027. You can only apply for a traineeship in your country of citizenship.
