The Tufts One Health Fellowship 2026 is designed for early-career professionals working at the intersection of health, environment, and policy. This fellowship offers a unique opportunity to engage in leadership training, field placements, and global exposure, addressing real health challenges through a One Health approach.
Participants will undergo a structured program over nine months, which includes leadership training in East Africa, a mentored placement, and participation in an international conference. This fellowship not only enhances professional skills but also fosters a long-term network of professionals dedicated to tackling public health issues.
Eligibility
Applicants must be:
- Citizens or residents of Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, or Uganda
- Early-career professionals, recent graduates, or junior faculty members
- Have at least two years of relevant work experience or currently employed
- Working in a One Health or public health-related field
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Actively contributing to health-related work in their community or region.
