Eligibility
Applicants must be nationals of a developing country (other than India) and meet the following criteria:
- Maximum age of 30 for postgraduate or 40 for postdoctoral fellowships (35 and 45 for CSIR fellowships respectively).
- Hold a master's degree (for postgraduate) or a PhD (for postdoctoral).
- Obtain a preliminary Acceptance Letter from the chosen host institute.
