UN Food Systems Youth Leadership Programme 2026 for Young Changemakers
The UN Food Systems Youth Leadership Programme (YLP) 2026 is a global initiative aimed at empowering young changemakers to drive food systems transformation. Participants will engage in a leadership journey that equips them with essential skills, networks, and strategies to effect meaningful change in their communities and countries. The program emphasizes peer learning, mentorship, and collaboration with experts and UN partners, fostering a community dedicated to creating sustainable and resilient food systems.
Eligibility
Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years old, proficient in English, and nationals of low- or middle-income countries, particularly in Africa, Asia and the Pacific, or Latin America and the Caribbean. They should have experience in food systems, sustainable development, or related fields, and demonstrate leadership in community initiatives.
