
UN Food Systems Youth Leadership Programme 2026 for Young Changemakers
The UN Food Systems Youth Leadership Programme (YLP) is a global initiative aimed at empowering young changemakers to drive transformation in food systems. Participants will engage in a leadership journey that equips them with essential skills, networks, and systems approaches to effect meaningful change in their communities and countries. The programme offers peer learning, mentorship, and collaboration with experts, fostering a community dedicated to sustainable and resilient food systems.
Eligibility
Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years old, proficient in English, and nationals of low- or middle-income countries, particularly in Africa, Asia and the Pacific, or Latin America and the Caribbean. They should have experience in food systems, sustainable development, or related fields, and demonstrate leadership in community initiatives.
