UN Food Systems Youth Leadership Programme (YLP) 2026 for Young Changemakers
The UN Food Systems Youth Leadership Programme (YLP) 2026 is a global initiative aimed at developing the next generation of leaders focused on transforming food systems in developing countries. This multi-year leadership journey equips young professionals with essential skills in systems thinking, policy advocacy, and collaboration.
Participants will join a global network of emerging leaders and engage with experts, UN partners, and fellow changemakers, enhancing their ability to drive sustainable and resilient food systems.
Eligibility
Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years old, proficient in English, and nationals of a low- or middle-income country. They should demonstrate experience in food systems, climate action, or sustainable development, and have a commitment to participating fully in programme activities through 2028.
