
UNDP Internship 2026 for Students and Graduates (Remote & In-Person Opportunities)
The UNDP Internship 2026 – Inclusive Growth Roles offers an exciting opportunity for students and recent graduates interested in international development. With positions available for both remote and in-person placements, interns will gain hands-on experience in policy research and sustainable development across Africa. This internship is designed to provide practical experience and strategic insight into development policy and implementation within a leading UN agency.
Interns will work closely with the Inclusive Growth and Extractives Team, contributing to initiatives that align with the UNDP Strategic Plan 2026–2029, focusing on reducing inequalities and promoting sustainable human development.
Eligibility
Candidates must be enrolled in a postgraduate program or have recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Public Policy, Development Studies, or a related field. Applicants should start the internship within one year of graduation. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of French is desirable. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
