The UNFPA Ghana Youth Leaders (YoLe) Fellowship Programme 2026 is designed to empower young individuals aged 18-30 to become transformational leaders. This one-year fellowship offers professional development opportunities, including rigorous training in leadership, public speaking, and networking skills. Participants will also receive one-on-one mentorship from high-level professionals and undertake internships with UN agencies and other organizations.
This fellowship is a unique opportunity for youth in Ghana to gain insights into the UN system and contribute to sustainable development goals, particularly in areas such as peace, security, and human rights.
Eligibility
Applicants must be:
- Aged between 18 – 30 years and resident in Ghana.
- Hold qualifications from accredited tertiary institutions.
- Committed to the one-year fellowship duration, on-site at the UNFPA Ghana Country Office.
- Proactive with strong interpersonal skills and proficient in English.
- Passionate about leadership and development issues, with a demonstrated interest in youth-led initiatives.
