This program consists of a 4.5-month fellowship at UNFPA Headquarters in New York, followed by another 4.5 months in a UNFPA Office in the fellow's home country. The fellowship aims to engage youth in policy development and programming, enhancing their capacity to address adolescent and youth issues.
