UNFPA Youth Leaders (YoLe) Fellowship Programme 2026 for Young Ghanaians (Masters Degree Awarded)
The UNFPA Youth Leaders (YoLe) Fellowship Programme is designed to empower young people in Ghana to become transformational leaders. This one-year fellowship offers professional and career development opportunities, including high-level mentorship from accomplished personalities across various sectors. Participants will also have the chance to earn a Masters Degree in Youth Leadership and Development through collaboration with the University of Ghana.
This fellowship is ideal for youth leaders involved with youth-led organizations, NGOs, and public institutions, aiming to drive change in health, sustainable development, and social entrepreneurship. It supports UNFPA's mission to ensure every young person's potential is fulfilled.
Eligibility
Applicants must be:
- Aged between 18 – 30 years and resident in Ghana.
- Hold qualifications from accredited tertiary institutions.
- Able to commit fully to the one-year Fellowship Programme on-site at the UNFPA Ghana Country Office and the University of Ghana.
- Proactive, proficient in English, and passionate about leadership and development issues.
- Affiliated with youth-led organizations or currently involved in youth development projects.
