Eligibility

Applicants must:

  • Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in political science, law, public policy, international relations, or development studies.
  • Be recent graduates or in the early stages of their career.
  • Show a genuine interest in civil society and nonprofit work.
  • Demonstrate strong writing, research, and communication skills.
  • Be comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and online research platforms.
  • Communicate in English, French, or Portuguese (additional languages are a plus).
  • Nigerian applicants must reside in Abuja.
