WILD Leadership ForumGlobalFellowshipsDeadline: Posted

The WILD Fellowship 2026 is designed for women professionals engaged in global development and humanitarian work, offering a unique leadership development experience. This fully sponsored program emphasizes mentorship, community support, and practical growth over traditional academic funding. Participants will embark on a five-month journey that includes engaging with a global network of changemakers and attending the Leadership for Social Impact Forum.

This fellowship is not just about attending sessions; it’s about building lasting relationships within a diverse community. It provides a platform for women to reflect on their work, share experiences, and gain insights that can enhance their leadership capacity and career direction.

Eligibility

This opportunity is open to women professionals at early, mid, or senior career stages who are actively engaged in global development, humanitarian work, or purpose-driven fields. Applicants must be able to attend a mandatory onboarding session on April 7, 2026, and participate in at least 8 hours of online forum sessions. A short video introduction is also required.

Benefits

Participants will receive full access to the Leadership for Social Impact Forum, a structured five-month leadership development experience, and entry into a global network of women changemakers.
