The William P. Fuller Fellowship in Peacebuilding is a flagship leadership development program designed for emerging peacebuilders across Asia and the Pacific. This year-long fellowship aims to strengthen leadership capacity, expand professional networks, and support innovative peacebuilding efforts in regions affected by conflict and political instability.

Participants will engage in a structured leadership development experience that includes virtual seminars, a two-week international study tour in the United States, and a $2,500 professional development grant for a self-designed project.

Eligibility

Applicants must be 40 years old or younger during the program year, from a country where The Asia Foundation operates, and able to secure a valid visa to travel to the United States. Candidates should demonstrate fluency in English, have at least three years of professional experience in peacebuilding, and show leadership capacity in relevant fields. Exceptions apply for candidates from Myanmar, Afghanistan, and Laos, who must currently be based in the United States.
