YLAI Changemakers Lab
The YLAI Changemakers Lab is an intensive training experience focused on leadership, entrepreneurship, and innovation for young Venezuelans. It gathered 150 participants from various regions of Venezuela to engage in practical sessions that included discussions on circular economy, artificial intelligence, and the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the United States. This initiative, part of the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative (YLAI), aims to empower youth with international perspectives without leaving the country.
Participants had the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and engage in dynamic activities that encouraged active participation. The lab not only provided valuable knowledge but also fostered connections among young leaders, helping them to see themselves and their projects in a new light. This program represents a unique opportunity for Venezuelan youth to gain skills and insights that can drive change in their communities.
Eligibility
Open to Venezuelan youth aged 18 to 40, including students, entrepreneurs, and professionals. The program was accessible to the general public, not limited to university students.
