YLAI Changemakers Lab for Venezuelan Youth
The YLAI Changemakers Lab is an intensive training experience aimed at strengthening leadership, innovation, and international connections among Venezuelan youth. This program gathered 150 young individuals from various regions of Venezuela to engage in workshops focused on entrepreneurship and leadership skills. Participants had the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and interact with leaders from the U.S. business ecosystem.
This initiative, part of the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative (YLAI), provides a unique opportunity for Venezuelan youth to access international training without leaving their country. The program not only covers essential topics like circular economy and artificial intelligence but also emphasizes practical engagement through dynamic activities and real-world simulations.
Eligibility
Open to Venezuelan youth aged 18 to 40, including students, entrepreneurs, and professionals from various backgrounds. The application process was national, allowing diverse participation.
