Young Champions of the Earth 2026

The Young Champions of the Earth 2026 is a prestigious global initiative recognizing bold youth who are driving innovative environmental change. Selected winners will secure an initial US$10,000 in seed funding, a fully funded trip to New York, and the exclusive opportunity to pitch for a massive US$100,000 grant from Planet A.

This initiative serves as a high-impact accelerator, equipping young environmentalists with the financial backing, global media exposure, and elite mentorship needed to scale their grassroots campaigns, tech innovations, or conservation projects. If your fresh thinking can challenge the status quo, this platform will amplify your voice on the world stage.

• Age Limit: Must be between 18 and 30 years old by the end of the calendar year.
• Project Traction: Must have at least six months of prior experience actively working on the submitted environmental project.
• Individual Focus: Applications must be submitted by an individual, not a group.
• Travel Readiness: Must hold a valid passport and be able to travel unaccompanied to international workshops and ceremonies.
• Exclusions: Employees of UNEP, Planet A, CoalitionWild, and their immediate family members are not eligible to apply.
