Young Innovation Leaders Fellowship 2026 for Young Africans (Empower Future Leaders)

The Young Innovation Leaders (YIL) Fellowship 2026 is a competitive program aimed at empowering Africa's next generation of innovative and impact-driven leaders. This fellowship is designed for outstanding young Africans who are passionate about leadership and innovation, providing them with the tools and networks necessary to drive real change across the continent.

Participants will gain practical experience, access to mentors and industry experts, and connect with a powerful network of changemakers. The fellowship encourages candidates to showcase their creativity and leadership potential through a multi-stage application process.

Applicants must be:

• Aged 20 to 35 years
• Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree
• Skilled in a specialized or technical field (e.g., technology, business, healthcare, engineering, policy, etc.)
• Passionate about innovation and leadership
• Committed to creating meaningful impact.
