The Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative (YLAI) is a flagship program by the U.S. government aimed at empowering social and business entrepreneurs in Latin America, the Caribbean, and Canada. This initiative provides participants with advanced business theory and immersive experiences in U.S. organizations, fostering economic and social ties across the continent.
Selected participants will engage in a hybrid program that includes virtual workshops and a subsequent in-person phase in the U.S., where they will work on impactful projects. This opportunity not only enhances their leadership skills but also expands their professional networks, crucial for driving change in their communities.
Eligibility
Open to entrepreneurs from Latin America and the Caribbean, particularly those with impactful business projects. Applicants should demonstrate leadership potential and a commitment to social change.
