The Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative (YLAI) is a flagship program by the U.S. government aimed at empowering social and business entrepreneurs in Latin America, the Caribbean, and Canada. Selected participants will engage in a hybrid program that includes virtual workshops and a subsequent in-person phase in the U.S., where they will work on impactful projects.
