The Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative (YLAI) is a program designed to promote leadership and entrepreneurship among young professionals in the Americas. Over the past decade, YLAI has provided training opportunities, experience exchange, and capacity building to young entrepreneurs, enabling them to develop initiatives that have significant economic and social impacts in their communities.

Since its inception, nearly 80 Salvadorans have participated in YLAI, forming a network of leaders dedicated to fostering innovative solutions and driving local development. This initiative not only strengthens entrepreneurial talent but also encourages knowledge exchange among leaders in the region.

Eligibility

Open to young entrepreneurs from the Americas, particularly those in El Salvador. Applicants should demonstrate a commitment to leadership and community development.
