
Young Professional Development Program 2017 for OFID Member Country Nationals (Career Development)
The Young Professional Development Program (YPDP) is a structured 2-3 year initiative designed to attract and develop young professionals from OFID’s Member Countries. Participants will gain valuable on-the-job experience and benefit from coaching, counselling, and a range of training opportunities. Successful completion may lead to employment at OFID, depending on job availability and performance reviews.
Eligibility
Candidates must be nationals of OFID Member Countries, 28 years of age or younger, and hold at least a Master’s degree from a reputable university. A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required, along with fluency in English and proficiency in one or more international languages. Candidates should have specialized knowledge relevant to OFID’s operations and a willingness to serve for a minimum of two years upon completion of the program.
